Cathy has successfully sold two houses for us. One had been listed by another company for over a year with no bites. Cathy was able to sell the place, at a good price, within 3-5 months. She also helped us when we purchased our present home. Our daughter is currently having Cathy look for a property for them as they wish to relocate from S. Cal. to our area and is confident Cathy will diligently search until they find what they like.
