My wife and I decided that it was time to purchase a home together. We decided on a VA Loan, found the company and got the process in motion. I was assigned a realtor at first but found that he was not eager to get the process moving. We originally engaged Cathy Sarmento to help us purchase a house in Auburn, CA in 2001. What impressed us was Cathy’s ability and willingness to listen to our needs and wants in a home.
