We originally engaged Cathy Sarmento to help us purchase a house in Auburn, CA in 2001. What impressed us was Cathy’s ability and willingness to listen to our needs and wants in a home. She processed our information, and came up with list of homes to match our specific interests. Cathy subsequently helped us buy two more homes in Auburn (in 2007 and 2010). She also helped us sell our first Auburn home, and assisted us in renting the second house. Cathy is “our” Realtor.

Cathy has been an agent for my entire family and has provided guidance for us through 8 purchase and sales transactions and is currently assisting my family on our 9th transaction.

Cathy is extremely responsive, communicative and knowledgeable. Our family has done real estate investment for three generations, and she is by far one of the best realtors that I’ve EVER encountered. HIGHLY recommend.
